Centene Corporation in Arkansas seeks an experienced supervisor to lead care coordination teams serving 28 million members. You will oversee day-to-day activities, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, and coach staff to improve continuity of care across services.

Supervises care coordination activities to assigned members to ensure appropriate services are delivered by the team and providers while ensuring continuity of care across care/services. Supervises day-to-day activities of care coordination team members and issues related to members and/or providers.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience.
Iowa Only: Bachelor's degree required and 4+ years experience with populations served or RN and 6+ years experience with populations served.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Pay Range: $63,600.00 - $114,600.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
