Providence is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to oversee the Call Center Staff under the guidance of the Call Center Manager. The role includes recruiting, hiring, training, development and retention of staff, and collaboration with Call Center leadership to meet departmental needs.

To qualify, candidates should have healthcare experience, leadership experience, and, ideally, a Bachelor's in Healthcare or related field, plus call center experience.

Under the direction of the Call Center Manager, the Call Center Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of the Call Center Staff and collaborates with Call Center leadership to guide and support departmental needs. In addition, this position is responsible for assisting in recruitment, hiring, training, development and retention of staff.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
