JCPenney is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support store leadership in delivering a great customer experience and achieving sales targets. You will assist with store operations, merchandising, and team development while maintaining positive, professional interactions with customers and associates.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, with a focus on teamwork, urgency, and adaptability to daily store needs.

Qualifikationen

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume apparel business is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations if needed.

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

You will also have:

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range USD $10.75/Hr -USD $14.75/Hr.
