Chartwells K-12 is seeking a full-time Supervisor, BOH Lead in Little Rock, AR, to oversee hourly kitchen staff and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.

Responsibilities include inventory control, cost management, staff training, and adherence to procedures while maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction in a school dining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hourly staff in a food service setting.
• ServSafe certification preferred or required.
• Food preparation, cooking and menu execution experience.
• Cash handling and basic cashiering duties experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises hourly associates to ensure policy and procedures are followed.
• Assists in ordering and inventory management.
• Maintains product and labor costs according to budget.
• Trains staff on safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

• Location: Pulaski County Special School District - 925 East Dixon Road, Little Rock, AR 72206. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full Time: Monday-Friday 6:00 am-2:30 pm and 7:00 am-3:30 pm
• Requirement: Managing, ServSafe Certified, Cooking, Prepping, Cashiering
• Pay Range:$17.00per hour to$17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
• Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
• Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
