Major product lines include a complete line of thermoplastic and metal fabricated enclosures, fiber optic cable connection and management systems, and high-performance below-grade vaults.JOB SUMMARY:The Production Supervisor – SMC is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and executing the daily production schedules. Setting daily work assignments, ensuring equipment is performing to standard, performing housekeeping checks, scrap reporting, inventory management, and hourly mentoring employees. The production supervisor is also the primary point of contact for the first-response team, managing safety and accidents and reviewing material requirements and practices. They also enforce facility rules for all employees within the workgroup.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Provide leadership and direction to your team.
