Job summary

Precision Fabrics Group is seeking an experienced Supervisor for our weaving facility in Vinton, VA. The role requires hands-on leadership on the production floor, with a shift from 7pm to 7am on a 3-2-2 cycle.

Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually, with full benefits and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience and manufacturing background, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to run multiple tasks in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Monitor daily operations and address production or personnel issues as they arise
• Coach, train, and develop team members to maintain strong performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments to support operational success
• Must be willing to supervise our 7pm – 7am and a 3-2-2 schedule (Work three days, off 2, work 2)

Precision Fabrics, a manufacturer of high-performance fabrics used in highly technical applications, is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our weaving facility team. Candidates must have prior supervisory experience; manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

This position requires a hands-on leader who leads by example on the production floor.

Overview:

Pay: $60k – $75K Annually

Shift: 7pm – 7am / 3-2-2 schedule
