Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a role that will own the floor on every shift, ensuring smooth service across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events. You will step into various positions to maintain speed, standards, and guest satisfaction, while coaching hourly team members on service and safety.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of hospitality experience, strong communication, and a floor-first work style.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or guest-facing environment.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Strong communication to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• A floor-first work style; you lead by being present and doing the work.
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 25–50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Pay & Benefits

Lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package which includes healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. The pay rate for this position is $21.00 to $22.00 per hour per year, depending on qualifications.
