Guest Services, Inc. is hiring a Food and Beverage Supervisor to assist the Manager with unit operations, floor management, and customer service excellence. The role focuses on staff development, safety, and achieving financial goals across dining and food stations.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in management, strong customer service, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site position at a Guest Services site in Florida and beyond.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in related management.
• Food Safety Certification a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities; work well as a team leader; problem-solve.
• Strong customer service abilities and willingness to assist customers and coworkers.
