You will oversee daily operations, including scheduling, task assignment, and adherence to store standards. You’ll drive sales by monitoring KPIs, elevating merchandising, and optimizing product storytelling. Partnering closely with store management, you’ll coach and develop team members, resolve customer issues, and ensure a premium, energetic retail experience for every athlete who walks in the door.
