Job summary

Aftermath Services LLC is seeking a supervisor for biohazard remediation projects in California. You will lead on-site teams, ensure safety and quality, and communicate with clients empathetically while handling paperwork and scope approvals.

Must have a valid license, be local, able to lift 50 lbs, and travel occasionally. IICRC S540 certification and Xactimate experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Local candidate who responds within 1 hour of call.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar.
• Occasional overnight travel and flexible schedule.
• IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.

What It Takes

What is a Hybrid Pay Structure

In this role, you earn money based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates - Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of eighteen dollars per hour.
