Job summary

Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead daily operations at our Pennsauken location. You will oversee a 40-hour work week, coordinate sales initiatives nationwide, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced car wash environment.

The role requires supervisory experience, basic computer skills, and strong communication. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and candidates should be prepared to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 16 years of age or older
• 40 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
• Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Escalate concerns to Management and Human Resources when appropriate
• Offer training to employees that are not meeting our standard
• Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be successful

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Capable (and willing) to work in both extreme outdoor weather elements – hot and cold

Hourly Rate

$20 - $20 an hour
