Total Wine & More in Newport News, VA is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture that delivers best-in-class service. You will lead the service team, assist with training, ensure compliance with alcohol laws, and maintain safety and cleanliness.

This role requires 1-3 years in retail with supervisory experience and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

About the roleAs a Supervisor, you support the management team in growing our company brand. You will support store operations and help build a sales and service culture to deliver best-in-class service and bring to life a distinctive world of adult beverages and more for our customers.
