Job summary

Controlled Contamination Services is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage daily cleaning operations, quality programs, and on-site personnel. You will ensure services are delivered safely and efficiently while complying with GMP requirements and client expectations.

The role requires leadership to train staff, monitor performance, and address operational issues, with focus on safety and regulatory standards across assigned sites.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, GMP environments, cleanrooms, or other regulated environments.
• At least one year of experience leading, training, or supervising employees.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, PPE, equipment use, and proper chemical handling.
• Experience with employee scheduling, timekeeping, and workforce coverage.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements, SOPs, quality standards, and documentation practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Monitors inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and PPE and submits replenishment requests.
• Prepares reports and communicates site updates, staffing needs, and operational concerns to management.
• Supports audits, inspections, and client requirements by ensuring documentation and site standards.
