Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States is seeking a dedicated Manager to own the floor across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction on each shift.

You will step into any position as needed, coach hourly team members, and drive sales through guest engagement and in-center promotions. The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality, strong communication, a floor-first work style, and flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or a guest-facing environment.
• Strong communication and the ability to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; able to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Coach hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectations.

• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth FOH and BOH operations.

What You'll Bring

• 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or a guest-facing environment
• A natural ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionally
• A floor-first work style; you lead by being present and doing the work alongside your team
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift 25 to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

The pay range for this position is $16-$18 an hour.
