Job summary

Pace Analytical is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to provide leadership across laboratory, services, field, or testing operations. You will supervise staff, oversee testing and scheduling, and ensure policies and procedures are followed with accuracy and efficiency.

You’ll analyze trends, contribute to budgets, and support cross-functional initiatives while aligning with internal equity and safety standards. This role is based in Lenexa, KS and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or related field.
  • 5 years of laboratory, services, field, or testing experience.
  • 2 years of team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff including hiring, training, performance evaluations, compensation recommendations, and performance management.
  • Oversee testing, scheduling, inventory management, services, communication, and coordination of lab, services, and field operations.
  • Provide guidance on lab and operational policies.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of testing data, databases, reports, and documentation.
  • Participate in department and cross-functional initiatives, including budgets and timelines.
