Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead the Permanency team and support case managers in helping children reunite with families or obtain permanent homes.

A relevant advanced degree or a bachelor’s with applicable experience and licensure is required, with training provided on onboarding. The role emphasizes collaboration with court systems, strong managerial skills, and a commitment to empowering staff to advocate for children and families.

• Advanced degree in social work or comparable human services field or a bachelor’s with four years of direct service or case management experience and BSRB licensure.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities to empower staff.

If you have an advanced degree in social work or a comparable human services field, OR a bachelor’s degree in social work or a comparable human service field with four years of direct service or case management experience and BSRB licensure, we want to hear from you! We’ll provide the training you need to excel in this role.

A Day in the Life as a Supervisor

As a Supervisor at TFI Family Services, you will lead and support case managers and support workers who strive to help children reunite with their families or find permanent homes through adoption. You’ll collaborate with court systems and case managers to ensure that families receive the services and support they need, helping children live happy and healthy lives.
