Silverstar-Car-Wash- is seeking a motivated Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our busy facility. You will manage a team, ensure top-quality service, train staff, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards to delight customers.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. We offer full-time opportunities with benefits after the waiting period and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and exceptional customer service is provided.
• Train new staff on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
