RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead pediatric ABA services within the RU Cares team. You will provide direct clinical supervision over assessments and behavioral treatment protocols for children with developmental disabilities, feeding issues, and complex behaviors.

Qualifications

Must hold a completed Master's degree within three months of your start date.
Must possess an active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within six months of hire.
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Preference is given to individuals with prior experience supervising clinical work with children with feeding disorders, autism, or related neurodevelopmental disorders in an instructional or therapeutic setting.

Responsibilities

Conducting vital initial and ongoing training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Pre-Doc Interns on the unit.
Providing direct clinical supervision over the creation and deployment of individual assessment and behavioral treatment protocols.
Supporting daily administration needs including managing staff schedules, patient templates, and key human resources tasks.
Assisting care teams directly with complex pediatric patient assessments and active behavioral treatments.
Implementing, monitoring, and recording ongoing research activities in accordance with clinical faculty guidelines.
Ensuring the unit is in strict compliance with all applicable healthcare policies, laws, and organizational regulations.

A Typical Day

As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, a typical day might include the following:
