Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Supervisor to join the Permanency team. The role requires an advanced degree in social work or a related field, or a bachelor’s with four years of direct service or case management experience and licensure.

You will lead case managers to help children reunite with families or obtain permanent homes. The position offers flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package, including leave and holidays, longevity bonus, and tuition reimbursement.

A Day in the Life as a Supervisor

You’ll collaborate with court systems and case managers to ensure that families receive the services and support they need, helping children live happy and healthy lives.
