Job summary

Murphy Group is seeking a Groundwork Supervisor to oversee and coordinate groundworks on our project sites in the United States. You will lead groundworks teams, ensure works stay on schedule and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates hold SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS credentials, with strong leadership and on-site management abilities. This full-time, on-site role requires delivering safe, efficient results on complex groundworks projects.

Qualifications

• SMSTS/SSSTS qualifications required.
• CSCS card required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate groundworks activities on site to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety standards and compliance.
• Monitor equipment usage and maintenance to optimise productivity on site.
• Provide on-site leadership, guidance and support to the groundworks crew.
