Job summary

Summit Wash Holdings is looking for a reliable Supervisor at Speeders Car Wash in Clementon, NJ. The Supervisor will manage a team to deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring productivity and safety within the wash.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. The pay is $20 an hour with perks including medical benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 16 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience.
• Experience in the carwash industry preferred.

General Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 16 years of age or older
• 40 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• Basic Computer Skills
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
• Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Escalate concerns to Management and Human Resources when appropriate
• Offer training to employees that are not meeting our standard
• Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be successful

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Capable (and willing) to work in both extreme outdoor weather elements – hot and cold

Hourly Rate

$20 - $20 an hour
