Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction or similar preferred.
• IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation is preferred.
• Xactimate experience is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes)
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
• Communicate with clients on‑site with empathy and professionalism

• While this role does not manage people—it leads jobs and ensures successful completion

What It Takes:

• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar preferred
• Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel

Preferred Qualifications:

• A track record of successful community engagement and outreach

What is a Hybrid Pay Structure?

In this role, you earn money based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates—Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of sixteen dollars per hour.
