Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Supervisor to join our Permanency team. The role requires an advanced degree in social work or a comparable field, or a BSW with four years of direct service/case management and BSRB licensure.

We provide training to help you excel in this role. You will lead case managers to support children in reunification or permanent placement, collaborating with courts and care teams to deliver essential services.

A Day in the Life as a Supervisor

As a Supervisor at TFI Family Services, you will lead and support case managers and support workers who strive to help children reunite with their families or find permanent homes through adoption. You’ll collaborate with court systems and case managers to ensure that families receive the services and support they need, helping children live happy and healthy lives.
