Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead each shift, guiding bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events teams to deliver a memorable guest experience. You will step into various roles to maintain speed, quality, and guest satisfaction throughout the shift.

The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and a focus on coaching and teamwork. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years experience in hospitality or guest-facing environments.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and guest-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keep service flowing and guests happy across bowling, arcade, F&B, bar, and events.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed and standards.
• Coach hourly team members on service, safety, and company expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events.
• Maintain facility readiness and smooth operations in front and back of house.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking.

Overview

The Role As a Supervisor at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will lead the floor on every shift, support your team across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events, and deliver the kind of guest experience that makes people want to come back.

What You'll Do

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing, guests happy, and the team moving across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction throughout the shift
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectations
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and in-center promotional programs
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth FOH and BOH operations throughout each shift
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills

What You'll Bring

• 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or a guest-facing environment
• A natural ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionally
• A floor-first work style; you lead by being present and doing the work alongside your team
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift 25 to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
