Cascade Home Cleaning, based in Bellingham, is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, train technicians, and maintain high-quality standards across projects in Whatcom County.

You will lead scheduling, route planning, and inspections, while resolving client issues and ensuring seamless team performance with reliable drivers and compliant staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, hospitality, or operations management with a strong understanding of residential cleaning standards.
• An excellent communicator who can motivate teams, coach individuals, and build positive relationships with clients.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and schedules simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to pass a background check with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
