Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on each shift, guiding teams across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will coach hourly staff, maintain service standards, and drive sales through guest engagement. The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality and a floor-first leadership approach with flexible availability.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or guest-facing environments.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• A floor-first work style; you lead by being present and doing the work alongside your team.
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 25–50 pounds as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing and guests happy across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and in-center promos.
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth front-of-house and back-of-house ops.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills.

The Role

What You'll Do

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing, guests happy, and the team moving across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction throughout the shift
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectations
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and in-center promotional programs
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth FOH and BOH operations throughout each shift
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills

What You'll Bring

• 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or a guest-facing environment
• A natural ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionally
• A floor-first work style; you lead by being present and doing the work alongside your team
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control
