Belmont Health RX INC is seeking a Supervising Pharmacist to lead our Bronx-based team. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
• Supervise, mentor, and support pharmacy staff including pharmacists, technicians, and support personnel
• Review, verify, and dispense prescription medications in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, drug interactions, and adherence

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted New York State Pharmacist license required
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree
• Prior supervisory or management experience in a retail or community pharmacy setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of drug interactions, pharmaceutical care, and medication therapy management
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
• Proficiency with pharmacy management software and dispensing systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
