  • Perform complex accounting activities, financial analyses, and research and elevate accounting policy questions when needed.
Internal Controls & Compliance
  • Execute, document, and maintain internal control procedures that support accurate and timely financial reporting.

  • Support the integration of new vendors, systems, and product lines into reconciliation and balancing activities.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, stakeholder sessions, and demos, and collaborate with development squads on system enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy, and recommend and implement process improvements.

  • Facilitate seamless handoffs and communication between our onshore and offshore teams, serving as the first point of escalation.
Qualifications

  • Familiarity with statutory accounting and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with offshore or outsourced teams preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in non-technical terms.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with reconciliation tools or ERP systems a plus.
  • Experience using or a strong interest in learning AI, with a willingness to explore and adopt new technologies that improve processes.
