Qualifications

• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• 7+ years of supermarket refrigeration/freezer experience.
• Universal EPA Certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable workmanship and project oversight.
• Communicate issues with leadership or customers and resolve.
• Maintain high-quality customer service.
• Provide timely hand-off and commissioning.
• Provide detailed notes and pictures in all dispatches.
• Follow company policy on check-in/checkout with customers.
• Keep a clean, organized truck and professional appearance.
• Perform other related duties as required.
