Climate Pros, LLC is seeking a Start-Up Technician to install, start-up, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair supermarket refrigeration systems. You will perform pre-start prep, pressure tests, evacuation, and commissioning while ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

The role demands journeyman-level work, clear communication, and a strong safety record. A valid driver’s license and EPA certification are required, with 7+ years of experience in supermarket refrigeration preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• 7+ years of supermarket refrigeration/freezer experience.
• Universal EPA Certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide knowledgeable workmanship and project oversight.
• Communicate issues with leadership or customers and resolve.
• Maintain high-quality customer service.
• Provide timely hand-off and commissioning.
• Provide detailed notes and pictures in all dispatches.
• Follow company policy on check-in/checkout with customers.
• Keep a clean, organized truck and professional appearance.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Observing safety and project rules.
