With over $2.8 billion in annual sales and a commitment to its workforce, Kokosing is the winning team.**Job Description:****Summary:*** Supervise the skilled trades crews and manage onsite construction activities for a wide variety of large, industrial projects focused in Michigan. + Project types range from Water/Wastewater plant construction (primarily) to factories/production facilities, data centers across a wide variety of industries and clients.* Collaborating with the Area Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineers, this role is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Project, focusing on Safety, Production, and Profitability.* Supervisory responsibilities, in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, include: planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
