The Superintendent will manage on-site construction activities, ensure safety, on-time delivery, and high-quality standards, leveraging hands-on experience in water/wastewater environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in heavy civil or water/wastewater construction.
• Experience with water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, or underground utilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to job site safety.

• Oversee daily field operations on water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and underground utility projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews to maintain project schedules
• Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture on-site

A well-established general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the Nashville area. This is an opportunity to join a growing team with a strong pipeline of municipal work, including treatment plants, pump stations, and underground utility projects.

The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on experience in water/wastewater construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and underground utility projects
