The Tepa Companies, headquartered in Warner Robins, GA, seeks a Superintendent/SSHO to lead project execution, safety, and quality from preconstruction through close-out at federal and private sites.
Responsibilities include implementing safety programs per OSHA and USACE EM 385‑1‑1, coordinating with PMs, subs, and clients, and maintaining thorough documentation. Candidates should have 5+ years in construction mgmt on federal projects and strong communication skills.

LOCATION: This position requires onsite presence at our project site in Warner Robins, GA.
Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00
This position may serve as the designated Superintendent and/or Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO). The Superintendent is responsible for project execution, safety, and quality throughout preconstruction, construction, and close-out activities. As an SSHO, you will be responsible for managing, communicating, implementing, and enforcing compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) EM 385-1-1, Tepa's Accident Prevention Plan and other accepted safety and health submittals.
