Jobot is seeking a Top Retail/Quick Service Restaurant Builder with 5+ years of experience to lead large, fast-paced projects on the East Coast. The role reports to the Manager and involves coordinating field operations, safety, and subcontractor negotiations on-site in New Jersey.

• Promote safety and site cleanliness on the jobsite and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Represent the company in negotiations with owners, architects, subcontractors, and others involved in the project.
