Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is hiring a Superintendent II for a Louisiana data center project. You will manage on-site construction activities, develop site safety plans, and liaise with owner and design team to align goals.

• Manage on-site construction activities.
• Create site-specific safety plans; monitor compliance and performance.
• Develop and maintain a mutually positive relationship with the owner and design team throughout the project; understand and communicate the owner’s goals regarding construction to all field team members.
• Collaborate with other departments through the pre-construction and planning phases.
• Participate in procuring future projects while helping build client loyalty.

Job Description:

Adolfson and Peterson Construction is currently hiring for a Superintendent II for our Gulf States Region. This role will be working on a data center project in Louisiana.

Responsibilities:

• Take personal responsibility for working safely within an incident and injury free (IIF) culture.
• Manage on-site construction activities.
• Create site-specific safety plans; monitor compliance and performance.
• Develop and maintain a mutually positive relationship with the owner and design team throughout the project; understand and communicate the owner’s goals regarding construction to all field team members.
• Collaborate with other departments through the pre-construction and planning phases.
• Participate in procuring future projects while helping build client loyalty.
• Other duties as assigned.

Estimated Pay:

$104,000.00 - $172,000.00
