Ledcor Heavy Civil is seeking a Superintendent to provide frontline leadership for earthworks construction. You will oversee field crews, coordinate daily work plans, monitor production, and ensure activities align with project specs, drawings, schedules, and cost objectives.
The role requires strong communication with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, a focus on safety, and willingness to travel and stay on-site through project duration.
As a Superintendent with Ledcor's Heavy Civil team, you will provide frontline leadership for earthworks construction activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high quality execution throughout your shift. You'll oversee field crews, coordinate daily work plans, monitor production, and ensure all activities align with project specifications, drawings, schedules, and cost objectives.
In this role, you'll be the go-to lead on the ground-driving work methods, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and supporting a productive, engaged crew. You'll also foster strong working relationships with clients, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and fellow site staff to maintain a collaborative and solutions-focused work environment.
