Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations focused on interior construction packages
  • Manage subcontractors across finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out scopes
  • Drive programme and sequencing to ensure on-time delivery
  • Maintain strict quality control across all interior works
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, and federal stakeholders
  • Enforce site safety and compliance, particularly within secure/government environments
  • Lead site meetings, reporting, and progress tracking
Skills / Must Have
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial or government construction projects
  • Strong background delivering interior/fit-out packages
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and drive programme under pressure
  • Experience working on secure or government projects is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, QA/QC, and site safety
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
