Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Superintendent (Data Center) to join our team in Rockdale, Texas. The role involves coordinating field operations, managing the project schedule, and ensuring safety and quality on a multi-million dollar data center project.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, at least six years of industry experience, and proven ability to read blueprints, manage expenses, and use MS Office.

Job Details

• An undergraduate University degree or higher (preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, or a closely related field) is desirable.
• Other relevant education, training or work experience may substitute for bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of six (6) years’ industry experience.
• Experience managing a scope of work valued over $1MM.
• Strong understanding of planning and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of business and/or financial principles to project and monitor expenses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications, blueprints, technical manuals, product/material installation instructions and engineering/architectural drawings.
