Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Superintendent or Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial interior projects in Orange County / Irvine, CA. You will oversee daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality.

This full-time role offers $120k-$150k plus benefits, a vehicle or allowance, 401k, PTO, and growth opportunities within a well-established GC focused on corporate office spaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Construction Superintendent
• TI/Interior construction on corporate office spaces
• Experience scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, etc.
• Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
• Monitor construction progress
• Maintaining a good client/customer relationship throughout the project

This is a full time/permanent position with a well-established General Contractor primarily focused on commercial interior projects.

Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Superintendents. This person will be responsible for overseeing all field staff and the overall success of the construction projects.
