You will read drawings, plan and coordinate field operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure foundations, slabs, decks, beams and columns are delivered on schedule.

Are you a Concrete Superintendent, Concrete Foreman or Field Supervisor ready to step into a role where you can take real ownership on commercial structural concrete work and grow into senior leadership? Do you want to join a close-knit, expanding subcontractor where the right person can progress toward running a division long-term?

On offer is a permanent position with a specialist structural concrete contractor where you will have genuine responsibility in the field, supported by experienced senior leaders who will mentor and develop you as you grow into the role.

This well-established business self-performs cast-in-place structural concrete across a range of commercial projects (including colleges, sports and entertainment facilities), and they are known locally for quality delivery and a personable, hands-on environment. As a result of continued growth, they are now looking to add a key hire to help drive projects and develop into a long-term leader.

In this role you will report to site daily across Jacksonville, reading and interpreting drawings, planning and driving the work in the field, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and keeping projects on track across foundations, slabs on grade, elevated decks, beams, and columns.
