Job summary

Coastline Concrete & Infrastructure (CCI) seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial concrete projects. You will own daily production, coordinate crews, materials and equipment, and ensure safety and quality on schedule.

This hands-on role requires reading drawings, directing crews, and collaborating with project management to keep projects moving. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential, along with bilingual English/Spanish preference to support

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial concrete construction experience
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project needs
• Experience leading crews and daily production

Coastline Concrete & Infrastructure (CCI) is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial concrete construction projects. We're looking for a hands‑on leader who understands concrete construction, takes ownership of daily production, and knows how to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

This position is responsible for coordinating crews, materials and equipment while working closely with project management to deliver quality work on schedule. The Superintendent may also work alongside field crews when needed to support project execution.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial concrete construction experience, including field leadership.
• Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Experience leading crews and managing daily production.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and adapt to changing project needs.
• Comfortable using basic technology for field reporting and communication.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred to support effective communication with field crews and project teams.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work on active construction sites.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity.
• Ability to perform hands‑on construction activities as needed.

• Specific vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
