Primus Builders Inc A Georgia Corp is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are on schedule, within budget and to owner quality standards. You will supervise deliveries, subcontractors, inspections and safety programs while promoting Primus's safety initiatives and sustainability goals.

The role requires 4+ years in on-site supervision, a construction-related degree is preferred, and strong communication, time management and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of on-site construction supervision experience.
• Degree in a construction-related field preferred but not required.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Viewpoint is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and live on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities to meet schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Supervise material deliveries, subcontractor work and site safety programs.
• Coordinate with project manager on scheduling, inspections and punch lists.
• Review submittals, shop drawings and ensure conformance with specs.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and maintain onsite documentation.

They are responsible for the day-to-day construction activities that ensure Primus projects are completed on schedule, within budget and to the quality standards required by the owner. This includes supervising material deliveries, subcontractor activities, building inspections and other responsibilities described below.
