Manage and coordinate on-site teams, adapting team sizes to project needs

Collaborate with Project Managers to create, monitor, and maintain schedules
Attend mandatory site meetings and assist in project planning and execution
Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct weekly safety "toolbox" talks
Maintain MSDS and ensure compliance with Haz-com regulations
Facilitate clear communication between field personnel, Project Managers, and stakeholders
Handle hiring, performance reviews, promotions, transfers, and vacation schedules
