Qualifications

• Proficient in jobsite management and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct pipe fabrication and welding projects to ensure timely and precise completion
• Manage and coordinate on-site teams, adapting team sizes to project needs
• Align subcontractor activities with project goals and schedules
• Collaborate with Project Managers to create, monitor, and maintain schedules
• Attend mandatory site meetings and assist in project planning and execution
• Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct weekly safety "toolbox" talks
• Maintain MSDS and ensure compliance with Haz-com regulations
• Facilitate clear communication between field personnel, Project Managers, and stakeholders
• Handle hiring, performance reviews, promotions, transfers, and vacation schedules
