Blueworx is seeking an experienced construction professional to support and lead commercial projects across Oklahoma. This role emphasizes field coordination, clear communication with stakeholders, and ownership of projects from early phases through completion.

The ideal candidate is comfortable on active job sites and will take responsibility for projects in Tulsa and Oklahoma City markets, coordinating trades, schedules, and safety compliance to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to support and lead commercial projects across Oklahoma. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on active job sites and can take ownership of projects in both the Tulsa and Oklahoma City markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction documents to ensure accurate execution in the field
• Coordinate multiple subcontractors and vendors to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards
• Provide on-site leadership and direction to ensure work is performed according to plans and specifications
• Communicate effectively with project managers, trade partners, inspectors, and other involved parties
• Support project planning, progress tracking, and issue resolution throughout the construction lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proven experience coordinating and directing multiple trades on commercial job sites
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to interact across teams and leadership levels
• Willingness and ability to work on projects located in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and surrounding areas as needed

Preferred Experience

• Background in hospitality or food-service related construction projects
• Experience with commercial projects from initial site work through final delivery
• Familiarity with construction project management software, particularly platforms used for documentation, scheduling, and collaboration
