G&E Partners is seeking an experienced field leader to take charge of a major infrastructure project in the Dallas area. The role requires hands-on leadership to keep crews aligned, schedules tight, and work moving safely from start to finish.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of field management, strong civil construction background, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with investors and subcontractors while enforcing OSHA standards and company safety rules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field management experience overseeing multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Civil construction experience with strong equipment knowledge.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with solid leadership qualities.
• Working knowledge of industry practices, processes, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations across multiple crews and subcontractors, running jobsite progress meetings that keep everyone aligned and moving forward
• Develop look-ahead schedules that sync with the overall project schedule, and coordinate in-house crews and subcontractors accordingly
• Read, interpret, and apply contract documents drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules with precision
• Perform complete and accurate project take-offs
• Serve as the key point of communication with key investors on project progress and requirements
• Enforce company safety regulations and ensure full compliance with OSHA and other legal standards
