Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead on-site deep foundation projects across Texas and the Gulf Coast. Based in Texas, you will oversee field operations, safety, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors while traveling as needed.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in deep foundations, proven leadership in drilled shaft and piling projects, and a track record of delivering complex foundations on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of deep foundations experience and proven field leadership.
• Experience delivering drilled shaft and piling projects.
• Ability to manage complex foundation projects on-site.

Responsibilities

Our client is part of a global organization with over 200 years of engineering heritage, delivering complex foundation solutions across major infrastructure, industrial and commercial projects.

They are recognized globally for their expertise across drilled shafts, large-diameter foundations, secant pile walls, diaphragm walls and other complex geotechnical solutions.

We are actively looking to hire a Superintendent based in Texas, supporting deep foundation projects across Texas and The Gulf Coast.

Location: Texas

Work Structure: On-site, travel

Experience Required: 7+ years deep foundations experience, proven field leadership and strong experience delivering drilled shaft/piling projects.
