Job summary

Arcis Golf seeks a Golf Course Superintendent for Gentle Creek Country Club in Prosper, TX. You will lead the golf course maintenance team, ensure high-quality playing conditions, and drive preventative maintenance and safety standards.

You will manage daily operations, coordinate with course staff and vendors, and mentor maintenance personnel while operating within budget and company guidelines.

Golf Course Superintendent

The Superintendent manages, supervises, and orchestrates the golf course maintenance department's day-to-day activities while maintaining quality standards, developing and retaining maintenance employees, and exceeding guest and member expectations. The position is responsible for accomplishing these objectives consistently while operating within the financial parameters of the property and company.
