  • Take responsibility for OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meeting requirements and actively participate in interactions with owners, design teams, and municipalities.
  • Ensure project budgets are meticulously managed to deliver projected profits and identify gain opportunities throughout the project's duration.
  • Facilitate seamless interactions among internal tradesmen, owners, architects, and general contractors.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of a group of employees and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Review construction documents for completeness and constructability.
  • Generate and manage RFI's (Request for Information) as needed.
  • Collaborate with inspection authorities for approvals and resolve construction-related issues.
  • Performed skilled workmanship when applicable.
What we would like you to have
