Job summary

Kraus-Anderson is seeking a seasoned construction professional to oversee all phases of small to medium projects. You’ll keep schedules, budgets, and quality control on track while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Role requires strong leadership, collaboration with the project team, and the ability to drive cost-effective management in the field. Willingness to travel and manage multiple stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

One year certificate from college or technical school.
5 – 10+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
GC or CMA experience preferred.
Developing verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Works to communicate with Project Manager, Project Assistant, and General Superintendent.
Basic computer/tablet proficiency.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals.
Ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Ability to possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others.
Ability to recognize and reward people for their achievements.

Summary

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Ability to maneuver on ladders and scaffolding, walk through sand or mud, climb on and around vehicles and construction equipment.

Salary Range:

$84,000 to $164,000 annually, plus company vehicle and discretionary incentive program.

While the range listed represents the anticipated hiring range for this position, offers at the upper end of the range are uncommon. Pay is based on many factors including but not limited to education, skill, experience, training, certifications, and other business needs.
