  • Conduct and lead pre‑job briefings to communicate work scope, hazards, controls, and expectations to field personnel.
  • Interface daily with union craft foremen and field personnel to coordinate work activities, resolve issues in accordance with bargaining agreement requirements, and facilitate progress.
  • Promote and enforce compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment focused on teamwork, communication, and safe work execution.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure work is executed safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor field performance, productivity, and schedule adherence while identifying and mitigating execution challenges.
  • Maintain accurate work status information and communicate project progress, issues, and recovery plans to management and stakeholders.
  • Review and validate work packages developed by work planners to ensure scope, sequencing, resources, and execution plans are clearly defined and executable.
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, tools and resources necessary to support planned work activities.
  • Interpret and utilize construction drawings, blueprints, schematics, and engineering documents to support field execution, work package development, and resolve construction issues.
  • Lead constructability reviews and provide input regarding work sequencing, access requirements, and field execution strategies.
  • Participate in investigations of abnormal events, incidents, and near misses and assist with implementation of corrective actions.
Qualifications
  • 10 years of work experience, including 5+ years of experience in construction, maintenance, facility operations, or field supervision.
  • Nuclear project or operational experience is required.
  • Experience supporting or leading facility upgrades, renovations, modifications, or maintenance projects in an operating facility environment.
