Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee Las Vegas operations on an onsite, Contract-to-Hire basis. The role requires 8+ years in commercial construction, Procore and OSHA 30, and proven leadership.

• Minimum of 8 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

• Knowledge of construction methods, tools, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proven ability to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining profitability and safety.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate contractors and trades to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Work Environment

The position is based onsite at the jobsite, with a variety of projects in the pipeline, including public works and hotel remodels/renovations. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with specific start and end times to be determined. This is a salaried position. Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $62.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
